1. How does my family learn more about getting services started?
2. Anyone can refer an individual for In-Home Aide services.
3. Simply call or email the office near you and speak with a representative.
4. We will assist you with payer source information and a physician’s order if needed.
We will then set up a convenient time for our Registered Nurse to do an assessment on the prospective client.
1. Request by Family Member, Friend or Client for Home Care Services If the Client is in the Hospital.The client or family member should tell the physician and the hospital discharge planner that they want a Home Care referral to Quality Home Staffing.
2. If you do not specify a particular agency, the physician or hospital discharge planner can randomly select an agency for you so it is important to ask for Quality Home Staffing.
3. Before the client is discharged from the hospital the Client or family should verify that a home care order has been written for Quality Home Staffing will admit a client within 24 hours of receipt of the referral, unless otherwise specified.
If the Client is in the Home (No Hospital Stay)
1. Call Quality Home Staffing, and ask for Intake to make a referral.
2. Once the initial contact has been made, Quality Home Staffing will contact your physician and proceed with an assessment in the comfort of your home. You may contact us at info@qualityhomestaffing.com with any questions about the need for a referral and assessment.

The Client's Right to Choose
Under 42 U.S.C. § 1395a, the Medicare client is guaranteed free choice of a provider
of services. That statutory provision states:
“Any individual entitled to insurance benefits under this title may obtain health services
from any institution, agency, or person qualified to participate under this title if
such institution, agency, or person undertakes to provide him such services.” |
