Supervision
On a monthly basis, a Nurse Manager will visit your home to ensure that you are satisfied with our services and aide staff. We offer this one free hour of case management to perform such services as review or revise your care plan, update medications and review the Physician plan of care. Should your needs change and you require additional hours, arrangements can be made through the Nurse Manager.
